ENROLMENT & FEE PAYMENT
- Enrollment forms are to be completed in BLOCK CAPITAL LETTERS and return in person or by fax / email.
- Tuition fees for each course are payable upon submission of the enrolment form and at the beginning of each month thereafter.
- The HK$200 non-refundable registration fee is charged one-time upon enrollment at KiddyGarten.
- No places are confirmed until full payment is received.
- Only cash and cheque are accepted. Please make the cheques payable to “KiddyGarten Limited”.
- Post-dated cheque is not accepted.
- Fees are charged on a monthly basis with mid-term enrolment being calculated from the start date of attendance.
- If the student is considered to be unsuitably placed, KiddyGarten reserves the right to withdraw the student and will issue a refund for the balance of the classes that have been paid for.
- All places are on a first come first serve basis.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
- Once a place is confirmed and paid for, there will be no refunds under any circumstances.
- Provided that a minimum of 14 days notice is given before the start of a course, the reserved place can be cancelled and KiddyGarten will issue a credit note which can be used as payment for future classes.
- If a course cannot be operated according to the arrangements specified in the fee receipts and students decline the revised arrangements offered by KiddyGarten, there will be a pro-rata or full refund based on the course fee already collected as soon as possible and in any event no later than one month after the student has requested for the refund.
- In case of cessation of a course after its commencement, KiddyGarten will refund the course fees collected on a pro-rata basis as soon as possible and in any event no later than one month after the cessation of the course.
MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY
- Make-up class(s) can be offered if the student is unable to attend due to conflicts with school events or overseas trips only if documentary proof is provided 14 days in advance.
- If the student is sick, make-up class(s) can be offered if the parent/guardian notifies KiddyGarten by phone with a minimum of 2 hours prior to the start of the class.
- Regarding to Point 1 and Point 2, each student is entitled to two make-up classes per term (Term 1 – September to December, Term 2 – January to April, Term 3 – May to August).
- The lesson content, teacher, date and time cannot be guaranteed for make-up classes, however, KiddyGarten will try its best to place the student in a class that is most relevant to the content missed.
- No make-up class will be offered if class is cancelled due to severe weather conditions.
- No make-up class will be offered to non-regular courses such as short-term course and Summer Courses.
LIBRARY POLICY
- For first-time enrollment, parents have to pay HK$100 as deposit which is refundable upon withdrawal of the study from KiddyGarten. If students have ceased the study and accepted the refund of the deposit, they have to pay the deposit again upon resumption of the study to enjoy the library service.
- Students may choose ONE storybook before or after the start of the lessons, and deliver to KiddyGarten staff for record, and then they can take it home for reading.
- Storybooks can be borrowed for a period of ONE week (7 days). If the date of return falls on a public holiday or a day off, they should be returned on the day of the next lesson.
- If students do not return the borrowed storybook on time, they cannot borrow any books in the next lesson until the borrowed one has been returned.
- For overdue borrowing, parents will receive a text message as a reminder. If students do not return the borrowed book after TWO reminder text messages, the paid deposit will be confiscated.

* KiddyGarten adheres to the Education Bureau (EDB) announcements during severe weather conditions regards them as the final decision. When a rainstorm or typhoon signal is hoisted, please pay special attention to the EDB’s announcements and KiddyGarten’s website and Facebook page for any updates. If in doubt, please call 9384-0621 (Shek Mun branch) or 9442-3673 (Tai Kok Tsui branch).

ALLERGIES AND OTHER HEALTH ISSUES
- It is compulsory to inform KiddyGarten if the student has any allergies to food or any other substances and materials as well as any health conditions that warrants attention and caution at the time of enrollment.
- KiddyGarten reserves the right to excuse the student from attending any lesson if the staff considers the student’s health condition as not suitable for taking a class.
PHOTOS AND OTHER MEDIA
- Photo and video taking within the premise of the centre are prohibited without prior written permission of KiddyGarten.
- KiddyGarten reserves the right to use any photo, video and/or sound recordings of students and their classes for promotional purposes only, unless otherwise stated in writing by parents/guardians on the enrollment form.
DISCLAIMER
- All students enrolled in any activity at KiddyGarten do so at their own risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage, and/or injury to students, their family members, and guests as a result of participating in these activities.
- KiddyGarten reserves the right to amend the policy without notice and in any dispute, the policy stated here will be the enforceable one.
*IN THE CASE OF ANY DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE ENGLISH AND CHINESE VERSION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE ENGLISH VERSION SHALL PREVAIL.
